Ordered the pens and by the next business day they were being shipped. We received the pens quickly and the engraving was perfect. Will definitely be using this company again!
These pens were purchased as corporate gifts. The quality, engraving and service from individuated were exceptional. The recipients were all very happy to receive them.
I have worked with the Individuated team for our annual gifting over several years and have always been impressed by the quality of their products and the exceptional level of service. They are wonderful to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
